The Executive Business Diagnostic is a standalone professional advisory service. The full US$500 fee may be applied as credit toward one or more Daravus services contracted within 30 calendar days after the diagnostic session. All Daravus services qualify, and no minimum engagement value applies.
The credit will be applied only up to the value of the services contracted. If the value of a service is lower than your available credit balance, the remaining balance may be applied to another Daravus service contracted during the same 30-day period.
Any unused balance will expire at the end of the 30-day period. The credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed or refunded in cash.

If Daravus determines, after reviewing the pre-session information, that the diagnostic is not appropriate for the client, Daravus may cancel the appointment and issue a full refund.

Complete the executive assessment and provide concise information about your company, the current challenge and the decision you need to make. Supporting documents should only be requested when necessary.
Will my information remain confidential?
Daravus will handle the information provided according to its Privacy Policy and applicable confidentiality terms.

- The full US$500 fee may be applied as credit toward one or more Daravus services contracted within 30 calendar days after the diagnostic session. All Daravus services qualify, and no minimum engagement value applies.
